WE at Dazzle Street wish to make the process of buying jewelry- transparent, easy and effortless.
We also realize that buying online has limitations as there is no physical examination of the piece of jewelry before making the purchase. And though we try to give you a close to actual digital images of the jewelry item, the specifics of dimensions and the certification of the quality to help you make an informed decision, we do realize that there are instances when the size and the fit is at variance with the actual expectations. So, we have a very easy policy for returns.
But you must also realize that there is a transit cost involved in sending and in returns.
Though we have made this process free, it entails costs overheads on us and we would request the customers to satisfy himself fully before placing the order.
Returns are permissible only at the time of delivery of the parcel.
The customer is advised to first ensure that the security seal of the parcel is intact and the package is not tampered in any way. He can then sign the delivery receipt.
He can then proceed to open the parcel in the presence of the courier and check the product for all details.
If the customer decides to return the product for whatever reason, it is classified as a return.
Return is only permissible after examining the goods at the time of delivery and not later than that.
So, it is mandatory for the buyer to examine the goods for details and be satisfied with the quality, size, fit and look. If there are any reservations he can express his desire to return the goods and ask the courier to fill the Returns form and repackage the parcel.
It is mandatory for the customer to ensure that the security seal is affixed and the number of the seal is mentioned on the Returns form.
He must affix his signature certifying that the parcel was repacked and resealed in his presence.
Once the products are received back, they are checked for tampering and quality. If they match the original goods sold then the same is conveyed to the customer and the refund is made within seven days of the intimation.
There is no option of returns after the delivery has been effected and the customer has expressed his satisfaction regarding the quality and fit.
The customer however can resell the goods back to later, after a stipulated period.
This is classified as a Buyback.
BuyBacks are allowed after 6 months from purchase date. may buy back the product from the customer, (if he/she wants to sell it back) at the purchase price less 20% of the costs as restocking fees. The customer will have to express his/her intent to resell the product and the arrangements will be made for the pickup. The product received back is subjected to checks for tampering and quality. If they match the original goods sold then the same is conveyed to the customer and the payments are credited to his/her account within seven days of the intimation.
OverSeas buybacks and Returns are not possible because of the tax laws related to exports and imports
